Shipping
Once you have placed and paid for your order, then every effort will be made to ensure that your order is dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time will depend upon your geographical location and the method of delivery you have chosen.
Please ensure that you supply us with a physical delivery address as we cannot deliver to a post office box. Please also supply contact details when placing your order so that we may contact you if we become aware that there is a problem with delivery to your nominated address (although we are not under any obligation to do so).
If you would like greater security and the ability to track your parcel, please select the appropriate postage option. Once your order has been dispatched according to your postage/shipping instructions, unfortunately we cannot change the method of delivery.
Obviously, once your order leaves our distribution centre, we have no control over how long the parcel will take to reach you. Accordingly, we do not accept any responsibility for any time delays which may occur during freight/shipping.
Further, whilst we will take particular care to package your order to ensure that no damage occurs to the parcel during transport, we will not accept any liability for products that are damaged or lost.
We offer to post your order within Australia by either express, registered or regular post. Pricing for these postage options will be displayed when you select your desired postage method from the dropdown tab when placing your order and automatically added to the total cost of your order. For greater security and to enable you to “track” your parcel, we recommend that you select either express post or registered post.
If placing an order from outside Australia please contact us by email at sales [at] kelalan [dot] com.au before placing an order so that we may assist you with shipping options to your destination and currency conversion (if required).
Refund Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase however if any of our products:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own;
- are not fit for the stated purpose;
- do not match our description or sample; or
- have defects which were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention;
simply return the remainder of the product to us (at your cost) within a reasonable time with proof of purchase and an explanation as to why you are not satisfied with the product and we are happy to offer you a refund, replacement or credit. Unfortunately though, we cannot offer any refund, replacement or credit where an empty tube/bottle is returned. Please retain your receipt, invoice or order number as proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we will not usually provide a refund if you simply change your mind.
